Self Inflating Balloon

Use baking soda and vinegar to create a chemical reaction that gives off gas as a product. Vinegar is a solution of acetic acid. It reacts with baking soda, sodium bicarbonate, to produce carbon dioxide gas and an aqueous solution of sodium acetate.
