Operate a Satellite, tour the Interplanetary Lab Space Maker Space

The Interplanetary Initiative Space Lab will be open for touring for all ages to come see the different projects and equipment we work with everyday to increase access to space! Operate a prototype satellite yourself! See the lab and view assembly of Lightcube satellite, an ASU student cubesat set for launch in 2023. Live satellite tracking station will operate any available cubesats including ASU’s own Phoenix cubesat! The Interplanetary Lab is a student-powered space maker-space which supports ASU’s small satellite missions with development and testing including vibration, thermal, and vacuum. The facility will be available for tours.
