Lunar Polar Hydrogen Mapper Mission (LunaH-Map): Small Spacecraft, Big Science

Zone D: Tempe campus

LunaH-Map is the size of a shoebox, but will do big science as it maps the south pole of the Moon and seeks to measure hydrogen in its permanently shadowed regions. LunaH-Map is a 6U CubeSat mission selected by NASA and led by researchers and students at ASU’s School of Earth and Space Exploration. LunaH-Map is scheduled to launch in late 2020 aboard the SLS - Artemis 1. The spacecraft and its team have been through many challenges. Come and meet the team and view the full-scale 3D-printed model of LunaH-Map!
