The cultures we live in shape how our minds work. The Cultural Neuroscience Lab focuses on understanding the causes and consequences of cultural differences in social cognitive processes. Although the lab uses a variety of methods, ranging from archival data analysis, to surveys, implicit measures, and fMRI, we primarily use EEG and ERP to study the influence of culture on psychological processes.
